Hi there!

I use a mood tracker, but these days I have been neglecting it, so I thought I would post a thread that everyone can join in to track your moods.

I used the most basic terms as I know it, so how are you today? High, Low or in the Middle?

I was in the middle this morning, then I hit a low, now I am elevating to a high. This bipolar crap is so weird!

I think I'm mixed so in the middle but not in a stable good way. I'm tracking my moods on an App and it's mostly from the middle downward but I'm he middle isn't a stable middle unfortunately. I'm sorry for all those who are suffering....I wish I could help you.

I feel like I'm in the middle, but not a "smooth" middle; like the meds have me tethered hard against too high and too low, but the plague is determined to bounce me around as hard as it can before yielding. I call good enough for now, and I'll put up with just about anything to stay here! (as long as no one watches me try to eat soup, I'll get away with it too!)

I feel closer to the middle but still on the low side. If I stay occupied I don't sit and think and that what brings me down. The problem is, I don't want to do the things that keep me active.

Medium rare. Or more depressed than "normal". Not baad depression, but it could be better.

I'm definitely in the high end of things. Insomnia, agitation, hallucinations, paranoia. Never a dull moment.

Which app do you use, I have one on my laptop, but I never remember to use it since I seldom use it now that I graduated.

In the middle. A bit elevated, but not in a manic sense.
