I’m at my local Dunkin. Been here since 5 a.m. Spent $5 on a coffee and a donut. It’s so early that Caleb isn’t at work yet! I shouldn’t be drinking coffee as I’m already wired since I slept the day away yesterday. Got 7 hours of sleep so I guess. Caleb would be mad at me for spending money. I do have an hour before I have to go home to be picked up by my ride to see the gastroenterologist. Guess I’m still in a mixed episode. Forgot to take my morning meds before I left but I can do that before my ride comes.

Im so f-in antsy!!!! I ate like 3 ritz crackers with hummus when I got home. Cat is happy I’m home after being gone for six hours! Case manager didn’t answer her phone when I called a bit ago. Maybe she’s on lunch? I don’t want to be this antsy over the weekend! I probably need to sleep but I just can’t! The coffee I had was at 5 a.m. it has to have worn off by now don’tcha think???

Omg! I just called my psych office’s main number and told the lady I talked to how I’m feeling! She said she’d get a message to my case manager! My case manager probably thinks I’ve lost it!

Caplyta induced mania in me after a few days and went straight to psychosis. I ended up in the Psych ER and pretty much blacked out from there. Needless to say, I was taken off Caplyta because of the mania & psychosis. Be careful moose!
