ECT didn't work, medications didn't work. Such a horrible story - the wife stood by her husband through everything and met such a fate for all of that. two sons, too.

ETA: I do not know how to post this with a trigger warning.

The mental health system vary from state to state. My current state has urgent care psych all over the place. If I can't wait to see my pdoc (which promptly gets back if in the office) I can always go to the urgent care. FL if you need to talk to a psychiatrist outside your scheduled time all you had was the ER and hospitalization. In WV they had walk in times and it was first come first served. OH you were just out of luck until your appointment.

Squats are supposed to increase one's pain threshold. By familiarizing with the agony of squatting heavy weights, minor pain can actually seem pleasant!
Life becomes more enjoyable if you take some time to experience suffering. . Exposing oneself to gruesome can decrease one's shock level.
The world is a very violent place and in this day of blanket video coverage, many violent events are available for viewing. "The WorldWatch" is a web site with
many categories of short films, including shootings, executions. If you don't want to die a violent death, don't engage in drug trafficking, kidnapping, extortion,
theft or those who do. Don't sleep with the loves of others. Don't involve yourself in romantic relationships with violent people. Don't think that carrying a pistol
will save you. It happens too fast. The videos that tend to haunt me are the stabbings. I have no idea why they gave Brian Kohlberger a plea deal to avoid the
death penalty. If anyone deserves to be put to death it is him. Not with extreme prejudice, but as an act of kindness. I personally believe suicide should be legalized.
60% of every gun death in every US state every year is a suicide by firearm. I presume these people know what damage a firearm can do to flesh.
I have to believe they would not choose this method of death. Maybe I'm wrong. But
3mg of fentanyl can end a miserable life in a very peaceful manner.
Thanks for this!
