Thanks! That was a really fast one. Usually we're about a week into the month I think.

I just ordered litter online from Petsmart. I can pick it up at 9 am when they open. They’ll email me when it’s ready. Was 20% off.

Good morning , it’s going on 5am now. I didn’t sleep well. Tossed and turned and woke up in the middle of the night from acid reflux bothering me so had to take some antacids. Then my cat Mustachio was insistent on waking me up at 4:30am so I’m up now.

I got a frame for my peer advocate certificate. So it’s framed now.

My neighbor came over last night to see Papi one last time before she moves. It was so sweet. He was so happy to see her. I helped her cleaned out her fridge. Today she’s giving me her bookcase since she doesn’t want to take that with her. I’ve wanted a bookcase for a long time but never got one cause they’re expensive. So will be nice to have somewhere to put my books now.

Not much is going on. My pdoc was confused about why I was there. Uhhh he told me to come in. Anyways he just said Adderal wouldn’t work out. He and my doctors and my mom and even my therapist now think my weight is severely affecting my physical and mental health. So I have an appointment to see if I can get some kind of weight loss med. people think it might be covered based on my physical issues. Even a $300 copay is doable.

I asked ChatGPT to make me a med schedule and it came up with one that will work out so everything is spread apart and my anxiety is under control all day.

I found this vitamin thing called Hello Happy. It’s like an OTC version of Adderal. I took 2 yesterday and I did have more energy and I got a lot done. I just have to make sure it’s a I with my pdoc.

I am SO anxious today. It's ridiculous. I don't know where all this anxiety is coming from, but I wish it would go away. I woke up at 4am shaky and felt like I was going to have a panic attack, and I hardly ever get panic attacks. I don't know if it's from stopping the topamax and I'm just withdrawing?

Anyway, today my husband and I have to run some errands (including dropping off some cans of soup at one of the local food pantries) and then we're going to the park to walk one of the trails. He's been at his mom's all week helping her out, so we haven't really gotten a lot of us time. Then tonight we're carving pumpkins. 🎃 My daughter and I are going to put them outside and light them tomorrow night. 🌙

@BeyondtheRainbow

Thanks. She is a sweet kid, with a big heart. We must have done something right. 😊

Good morning!

Listening to the Star Trek Khan podcast and getting ready to go out this morning. I have so much driving to do today, I think I overextended myself in the things I can do today. I bought some stuff on Facebook Marketplace, and I really shouldn't have bought them. I got some PS4 games for really cheap, so I hope they work.

I have to say the last couple of days have been really good despite some little hiccups with that useless dermatologist and my bill going up.

Going to carve my pumpkin today too, and kind of nervous, it's my first time! It should be fun. Also going to my yearly physical. It feels like A LOT to do in one day, and I hope I don't burnout. Its really a lot of driving today. I hope I make it.

They checked the cameras and didn’t see her leave my apartment or anywhere else in the building so she has to be here somewhere. She’s hiding really good though. Maintenance came over and helped me look and even he couldn’t find her. We think she’s up inside the couch from the hole underneath it.

Anyway, my neighbor gave me that 5 tired bookcase since she’s moving. I brought it up to my apartment and put all my books on it

I took another dose of the Hello Happy vitamins and got energy about half an hour later to do stuff. My endocrinologist had mentioned that my hematacrit was on the higher end. He said ai could go to the infusion center if I wanted to and “give” blood. I called his office today and asked him and his nurse said he write an order and the center would call me.

I that might be part or my issues. I get moody and lethargic when it’s high.

I got up together a bunch of stuff I’m donating to the food pantry. My mom was being a bit *****y about keeping some of that stuff that I paid for. But she can afford a box ot granola barsz

Is that across from the couch that M might be hiding in? You need those pointer things CSI shows use to trace bullet trajectories to figure out where Papi's eyes are looking Cuz he looks as intent as usual!

That happened to Crookshanks a few years ago. He disappeared and I looked everywhere even outside. I thought one of the kids had let him out. Then he randomly appeared the next day.

Gary got stuck in the wall one time. No clue how. We had to knock a hole in the wall and lure him out with food.

I like your new bookcase @Blue_Bird! I'm glad Mustachio finally made her big appearance!

I'm doing better today than yesterday. I got my morning walk in and this morning I used the SAD lamp while reading and eating breakfast. It always takes a couple days to work so we'll see. I read some but ugh, I probably need to just stop my book and start another. There's not much mystery to it and instead it is focusing on the horrors of salmon farming and beached whales But I'm so close to the end...ugh!

Tomorrow morning I have a ZOOM meeting with some therapist (I think) that at least uses my insurance and can help with anxiety issues. Not sure how that will go.

I've been pretty focused on my art. I painted a lychee fruit and then a sunrise landscape for my art journal. For the scenery I followed a tutorial since I haven't really painted landscapes before.
