It's been a LONG week for me. Everyone around me is getting sick to where I am starting to come down with something. On and off, I have been experiencing these really bad headaches. My back has been killing me. I have been working nearly 50 hours a week (I get mandated a lot). My tummy has been hurting. And to top it all off, freaking car problems. I can't catch a break at all. Trying to stay positive, it's so hard though like if it's not one thing, it's a million others. My social battery has been running low. I just want to be home and in bed so that I can rest. Looking forward to taking some time off work. I really need it.

Hope you can stay healthy @NezzyBoo - you need that with your schedule. I try to eat healthy when I have to work hard.

Maybe a nap will help

I am definitely missing out on naps. It sucks because I always end up having to take care of something when I even attempt to nap. I nap when I can. There aren't enough hours in the day. Eating healthy plays a part as well. :/ UGH! tough. Thank you. @CANDC

The headaches, your back, these are signs you need to rest, we can only do these things so long but it catches up. Take good care

I know that the last thing you want to hear is another thing to do bu when I have back pain gentle yoga stretches not forcing anything or hurting helps me. Palouse yoga teacher's saying is "No pain. No pain" On youtube for me it is a real relief.
