So, I am in university, and I have realized that one of my final grades might be poor compared to what I normally get. I might end up with a B- in one class, which would be pretty upsetting because I normally do much better than that.

I have been forced to decrease my course load to part-time next term because my health just isn't good enough to keep up in a full-time load.

Anyways, I'm upset, but there's nothing I can do about it..

A B- isn't a bad grade at all. You did the best you could under the circumstances; give yourself grace.

If a B- is a bad grade for you, it must've been a hard class and you probably did a lot better than many of your peers than you think. In my college we had a saying "Ds get degrees" and there were some classes if you got a C, that was proof of major brain power. You still passed, and that's what matters.

And you are doing something about it--something really big! You're lightening your course load so that you can prioritize your health. With better health, I'd think it'd be easier for you to do better in the courses you will be taking. And your health is way more important than whatever letter of approval you get (like we said at my school, as long as it's one of the letters of approval).
