I'd try secure as many assets as possible. A house, a very luxurious car ... maybe a house for my kids.

We can only but dream *sigh*

I’d probably have to move so a small condo ( probably here but maybe the cities) and put the rest to work for me so I’d have an income. Set up a trust for my daughter and grand-kids. My sil makes good money so it would be for my grandkids mostly.

We’d buy a better house, I mean ours is ok but I’d like a better one, then give kids chunk of money. Maybe retire early. Do major travel. Oh to dream..,

I'd set up an animal shelter/sanctuary.

Just buy a home. Maybe afford to pay someone to drive me around. Not driving for 18 years is brutal and takes a toll on you.

Probably just keep doing what I'm doing now. I was recently given a large amount of money and I put most of it in my savings and besides that I've just been doing the same stuff I'd normally be doing and buying the same stuff.

I'd pay off our mortgage and buy new cars for me and H and use it to pay for my daughter's college and perhaps buy a new and better house and put any leftover in savings.

Beyond the usual of quitting my job and investing wisely, the goody two shoes in me would want to give back to the community by creating a really cool pedestrian/bike path around the village, funding a totally free, totally mobile spay and neuter clinic for our region, and creating a scholarship fund for students studying social justice and/or environmentalism. Great question!

I've always lived a simple, frugal life. I'm not sure suddenly having a huge windfall would change that. I have enough money from selling my mom's house plus social security to be comfortable for the time left to me. Sorry, kinda feels like I'm tooting my own horn and don't mean too.

I think the first thing I would do is have a Cat5 proof shelter built. Would want it to have its own power and water source.

For the rest of the money I would have someone who knew how to handle that kind of money set up funds for my two favorite critter charities (Alley Cat Allies and Best Frinds).

Almost forgot my fur kids! I'd want to set up a trust for them all to be able to live out their lives here at home.

I'd buy a house and a car. The rest would go to our insane property taxes and then I'd be in the same financial position, just with permanent housing and transportation.

I'd give a chunk of it to charity, since I don't need 100M.

Buy a condo and a car.

Travel again, I'd go around the world visiting different archaeological sites

Go back to university to pursue a PhD in philosophy.

A good psychologist and financial advisor then an understated vintage 1950s or 60s 18k gold Rolex. God knows after that. Concoct one hell of a uniquely decorated living space...I can say that. Antique designs as well as modern...all the stuff I like and to hell if they're from all eras. I want a living space like a kooky museum. It would be like medicine for me. After that I'll address the seriousness of it all and decide what comes next. Would be a big deal right?

I'd let my wife fix up the house however she wants or even relocate to a reasonable, unostentatious abode.

But I'd need a man cave and a greenhouse; they can be the same room.

Set up two trusts: one for my daughter with autism; another for my disabled wife.
