I was legit told on Friday to take this twice a day by my GI doctor for my GI and migraine issues. I started it Friday afternoon and its been going well but I am forgetting to eat because I have no appetite, and I'm having some trouble sleeping.

Is this normal? I was also told to take a B2 vitamin once a day.

No, not really. I've taken CoQ in the past, and it didn't cause me any issues that I remember. I take a B complex vitamin now along with B6 for peripheral neuropathy. They don't affect my appetite either. But I do exercise a lot which definitely makes me hungry. Not many meds/vitamins minerals affect my appetite other than when I took Remeron, on which I was never ever full and wanted to eat constantly.
