It’s ridiculous— I need at least nine hours of sleep each night these days. I feel exhausted and sluggish at work each day, and coffee only mildly helps. I have a lot of brain fog too. My thyroid test results came back normal the last time they were checked, although I realize that the traditional thyroid panels that the doctors prescribe do not tell the whole story. I work out 3-4 times a week. My eating needs work though— I typically don’t eat much during the day (and that is partly because if I eat an actual lunch instead of a snack, I crash at work), and then I’m starving when I get home so I practically inhale a bunch of food for dinner. I’m bringing healthy snacks with me for the commute home now in the hopes that that will help. I was going to work out today, but I overslept. I’m just so tired.
