I started vitamin D 2 days ago and I got this bad anxiety within a couple hours. I got my haircut today and I was shaking from anxiety. I was able to control it.

Also my stomach has hurt badly and my sleep has been all weird

This all seems to have started right after I started the vitamin D. So I am guessing it’s that.
