How old are you? Are you frustrated over your skills? Do you feel uncomfortable around people?
I've had major problems with this since a teen but getting better.

Read, research it, and find answers online. Use ChatGPT. Learn by practicing. Strong communication is a skill to be developed... it's not automatic. Many people struggle with it, so you're not alone. Is my two cents!

The section in DBT therapy of "interpersonal effectiveness was my greatest help. I seriously needed help after 33 years in a bad marriage. That section has served me very well the last decade
