By lately I mean the last few months actually lol, I think its because I wrote a long paragraph about all my feelings, traumas and fears and all I got was backlash for it, but I've been super tired (like sleeping 24/7), anxious and I cry a lot

I think ive focused on my other mental health problems that I neglected the things that was helping my depression a little, either way it's on my back again.

Sorry everyone, I just wanted to let off some steam about this!!

It's too bad you got grief for opening up. Sleeping too much is as bad if not worse than not sleeping enough. What are some things that you did that helped you cope with depression?
