In the words of Curly Howard..."It's not Spring yet".
I'm not going to say what I do. Twenty five years ago I took a real cold shower every day after I worked out and loved it. And started taking baths last year and liked that but my new place doesn't have a bath. I actually took baths at 3AM some times when I was wide awake.

I always liked Curly best!

My dad said that in Italy, his mother gave him a bath 3 times - for his Baptism, for his Communion, and when he got married!

It freaks me out to shower because I get dizzy and get bad high blood pressure. So it’s about once a week. I actually just got out of the shower after dreading it all day and being silently mopey. Now I smell like Old Spice, Tide, and bounce fabric softener

I don't bathe very often. Right now my tub is full of orchids I brought in to protect them from the cold. I have a garden tub that I love to soak in, but it takes forever to fill.

On the flip side I shower every day, sometimes twice a day. I live on a farm in the subtropics. I get dirty working outside.

I have the right to take one bath a month, but I don't think often about taking it and when I think about that I'm like I need to do that when I have time
So I would say once every 3 months, something like that

I shower daily. I tend to exercise most days, and a lot of that is outdoor walking. Since I live in a hot & humid area, I just can't fathom not showering most of the time. Even in the winter some days are warm & humid, and I just get gross walking outdoors; my family would insist if I started skipping showers because I'd be rank.

I shower every day. Not having that regularity consistency in my hygiene I’m finding is incredibly destabilizing. It’s not even the “not showering” aspect (right now since it’s winter and I’m recovering from major medical trauma and not super active) it’s more the routine/adding as much predictability to my life as possible right now aspect.

I shower daily too - I feel "off" if I don't

I shower every other day. Doing it daily I find dries my skin out too much. I don't have a bath tub so I have to stick to showers.

Shower 4 -7 days a week during winter...just about every day during summer. I sit in the tub rarely...maybe 3-4 times a yr. Now if I had a whirlpool tub?...you'd have to drag me out...I could get into lounging in one of those.

Usually everyday or every other day. It just depends how I’m feeling. But I try to not go longer than one day without because it makes me feel gross and it helps my mental health when I have a nice shower and come out feeling clean and refreshed.

I don’t have a bathtub either so I just shower
