Hi Everyone
I've started a new thread because I started not being able to post new replies to the old thread. This thread is the same idea, it's a place for me to be accountable as I continue to work on good dental hygiene. Feel free to post how you're doing as well. Brushed and flossed yesterday

Thanks for starting a new thread @splitimage. I actually had a crown come off, I believe it was yesterday or the day before because I was eating hard pretzel bites with peanut butter inside. I'd never had them before and my sister kept saying how good they were. I forgot I need to stay away from hard foods. *sob Now I have to go to the dentist. I'm terrified of that drill. I don't even like the sound of it. I'm hoping the dentist can just cement the crown back on. It's a tooth in the very back I broke when I bit into a Tic Tac several years ago. I keep forgetting it's there.
I have brushed tentatively and have yet to floss.

@Ruftin I'm sorry your crown came off, I hope the dentist is able to restore it without too much trouble.
