I知 getting insurance benefits, and may consider long term disability.
I do not have family support or a partner. I want to work. I know my mental health and physical health are not good and is a result of my stress, from work and life. I知 considering working for myself. I知 not sure what I値l do. I feel like I can稚 get myself to do anything at the moment and just feel burnt out. Anyone go through something similar? How did you get your spark back? |

Sorry you cannot find that spark @Stillhuman . That must be unsettling .
What I have done in the past is start a daily routine of self care as if I was working including mindfulness, physical exercise, eating regular meals low carb moderate protein, volunteer work to get a feeling of self worth and interact with people, do journaling to try to find what I experienced in the past that may be appearing as this dark period, recognize the kindness I have received that help me survive until now., and start to brainstorm what I want to do in my life and what is most important. I also got a job in cooking which I enjoyed and was less stressful than previous jobs.
